By accessing and using U4RIA App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Age Requirements: You may access the Services if you are at least 13 years old and there is no legal restriction against your use of the Services in your jurisdiction. For any purchases through our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into contracts.
If you are under 18, you may access our Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have received this consent. Parents and legal guardians should monitor their children’s use of our Services and ensure their child’s compliance with these terms.
To access specific features of our Services, you will need to establish an account (“Account”). This can be done either through our App or through our site when applicable and ready.
When setting up your Account, it is vital that you provide accurate, complete, and current details. Ensure that this information remains updated as required. If you fail to maintain accurate information, we may suspend or terminate your Account.
Never share your Account password with anyone, and inform us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity. You are responsible for all actions taken under your Account.
Through U4RIA’s Services, individuals can choose from an array of options, creating personalized relaxation and self improvement sessions. You can access premium features within the Services by opting for paid functionality, or make purchases of available items (“Products”) as described in the Purchases section below.
You understand and agree that the U4RIA Services and Products are not intended for diagnosing, preventing, or treating any condition, determining health status, or replacing professional medical attention. Not all activities in the Services or Products are suitable for everyone. Do not use the Services while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require full attention. Your use of the Services is at your own discretion and responsibility.
You acknowledge that AI generated content is based on automated systems and data inputs, and the App does not guarantee specific outcomes or effects.
You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, threatening, or invasive of another person’s privacy rights. You may not post content that infringes intellectual property rights. Community areas are visible to other users, and you should not share sensitive or personal information. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice.
The App collects certain personal and usage data, including analytics related to feature usage, progress, and engagement. By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of this data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
The content provided by the App, including text, graphics, images, audio, software, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to U4RIA.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the App without obtaining proper authorization.
U4RIA is a trademark of V.Abellin, Inc., registered in the United States and Canada.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, U4RIA and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Services, Products, or Content, regardless of the cause or legal theory. This includes profit losses, data loss, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system damage, or the cost of alternative services or products, even if U4RIA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, U4RIA’s maximum liability will not exceed the amount you have paid to U4RIA for the Services or Products in the preceding twelve months, or seventy five dollars if no payment was made. Certain jurisdictions may not allow some limitations, and they may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. If you wish to cancel your Account, please contact us by email. If you acquired a subscription via an App Provider, you must also cancel your subscription through them. Upon termination, provisions such as intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law remain in effect.
We may modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be notified to users through the App, our website, or other appropriate communication methods.
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, at our sole discretion.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
U4RIA offers enhanced features through subscriptions, available monthly or yearly, and through other purchases where made available. When you buy a subscription or product (“Transaction”), we may ask for transaction related details (“Payment Information”). By providing this, you confirm your right to use the payment method and that your information is accurate.
Transactions may be processed by third party providers including Apple, Google, and Stripe. Charges are presented before completion. You agree to pay fees and taxes. Payments are non refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
If you have charge concerns, contact us before disputing. We may reject orders or verify identity where permitted. If an order is not processed, you will not be charged or will be refunded as required.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. For yearly subscriptions, you are charged at the time of purchase. For monthly subscriptions, you are charged at the start of each subscription period. To prevent charges for the next billing cycle, cancel before the renewal date.
If you cancel and move to a free tier, some saved content and personal data may be deleted after a reasonable period. Deletion timing may vary based on legal and operational requirements, and some information may be retained where required by law.
If your subscription was purchased through our website, you may request cancellation by contacting us by email. If your subscription was purchased through an app provider, you must cancel through that provider. No refunds are provided for the current billing period except where required by law or platform policy. You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you upgrade your plan, the new plan may take effect immediately or at the end of your current billing period depending on the platform and plan type.
Each plan may include a monthly quota for AI generated content. Quotas reset monthly and do not carry over. Unused quota is not added to the following month.
U4RIA may change subscription pricing with notice. Pricing changes are not retroactive and apply only to future billing cycles after notice has been provided. If you do not agree to the revised pricing, you may cancel your subscription as described in the cancellation section.
U4RIA does not claim ownership of user content you submit. U4RIA and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and Content, including related intellectual property rights. You agree not to remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
By submitting user content through the Services, you grant U4RIA a non exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise make available your user content for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services.
While using our Services, you agree to refrain from prohibited conduct including attempting to bypass security, reverse engineering the App, collecting personal data from other users without consent, or posting content that violates applicable laws or others’ rights.
We may monitor usage and content to support enforcement of these Terms. We may remove content, restrict access, or cooperate with authorities where appropriate.
The Services may include links to third party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third party content, products, or services, and you assume all risks from your use of third party resources.
The Services, Products, and Content are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, non infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U4RIA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Services, your user content, or your violation of these Terms.
If you got the App from the Apple Store, you agree to use it on an Apple device with iOS and follow Apple usage rules.
If you got the App from another provider, these Terms are between you and U4RIA, not the App Provider. U4RIA is solely responsible for the App. App Providers may be third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
