This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, our mobile application, customer support interactions, social media engagement, and other communications related to the Services. This Policy does not apply to data we process on behalf of enterprise business customers and partners for subscription eligibility purposes, referred to as Customer Data in the applicable agreement.

Personal Information When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, account identifiers, and any information you voluntarily provide during registration or through support requests.
Usage and Activity Data We may collect information about how you use the App, including session duration, feature usage, progress tracking, streaks, achievements, and interactions with meditations, affirmations, stories, and other content.
Device and Technical Information We may collect device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, user ID, IP address, and general location derived from IP. We do not collect precise GPS location.
We use analytics providers such as Amplitude and Firebase to understand how users engage with the App, improve performance, support core features such as streaks and achievements, and enhance the user experience.
Analytics data may include user IDs and device IDs. Email addresses are not shared with analytics providers.
Analytics that support core features such as progress tracking, streaks, achievements, and app performance may not be optional because they are required to operate the Services.
Analytics providers act as service processors and are contractually required to use data only to provide services to us.
We collect and use information for the following purposes:
Service Enhancement Maintain, improve, and develop the Services, including bug fixes, performance monitoring, and feature development.
Transaction Management Process purchases, subscriptions, and payments.
Direct Communications Send receipts, account alerts, service notices, support responses, and other important updates.
Engage and Inform Share updates, new features, and offers, and request feedback. You can opt out of promotional messages as described in Your Choices.
Analytics and Insights Understand usage trends, improve features, and measure engagement with content.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
U4RIA operates from Canada and the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in Canada or the United States. These jurisdictions may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country.
You can access and update certain account details through your account settings in the App.
You can opt out of promotional communications by following the instructions in those messages. You may still receive essential service communications.
You can disable push notifications anytime through your device settings.
You may request access to or deletion of personal information by contacting support, subject to applicable laws.
Data Retention We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless applicable law requires longer retention. Analytics data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for service improvement.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will delete it.
